Mailchimp

For our newsletter correspondence we use Mailchimp as a data processor. MailChimp has been certified by the Swiss Safe Harbor Frameworks since 2007, with agreement from both the EU and the US. The Safe Harbor Frameworks have now been replaced by the Privacy Shield Framework and Mailchimp is also certified for this. In the light of the GDPR, the Data Processing Agreement of Mailchimp has been updated and Mailchimp has been included as a data processor in the Standard Contractual Clauses of the Data Processer, 2010 and thus complies with the European guidelines for data processing. Retention period
